The space
A beautiful 4-bedroom property with 4-en suite bathrooms and a downstairs W/C. Suitable for families or groups of up to eight persons, the apartment is set in a quiet and peaceful location with excellent hiking and biking routes nearby.
All bedrooms have king size beds which can be separated into two singles if required. Fans are provided in each room as well as the A/C system.
A family home throughout the winter and spring months; everything is as you could wish. With ultra fast wifi and new kitchen appliances including a brand new washer and dryer, the apartment comes equipped with everything you need.
Travel cot can be provided on asking as well as childrens beach toys and other home comforts. surrounding landscapes. Outside you’ll find a large open terrace, with soft seating and dining areas, overlooking the golf course. There is also a BBQ, ensuring the perfect place to relax and make the most of the evening sunshine.
A note from the owner
We highly recommend that you continue to operate a weekly cleaning service for the property with our housekeeper to help keep it looking just perfect, if you'd like this to be increased to twice a week just let us know in advance of your stay.
We would also like to take this opportunity to make you aware that we require a damage deposit of €1,000, to be paid 7 days prior to your arrival. This will be returned between 1 and 5 days after checkout, after a full property inspection.
